I was at Target today and noticed that the bonus packs are at 30% off (in Tucson) They are the economy packs that are in the seasonal section at my store. My Frugal Adventures says they should start at 15%, then 30%, then 50% and finally 75% off. Of course each store has their own schedule for this so check back often. You could find a really great deal on some awesome products. I am waiting for my store to go lower then 30%.
